Week 8: Pose to Pose Excersise

Session Review

Returning to Omid's session, this session was intriguing since, I have discovered a new feature known as Stepped in the animation editor; however, despite seeing merit animating this way. I currently do not prefer to animate in 3d this way since when I tried t switch back to Auto he animation remained unchained and jumped from one keyframe to the next keyframe.

Moreover, it was refreshing to have Omid point out that in order for me to make the Blake character punch I needed to change the wrist mechanic from FK( Forward Kinematic)  to an IK handle. In addition, learning of the "Tracks Editor" was incredible beneficial although I naturally did not take to the track editors UI design and can understand why the animation lecturers find it distasteful.

Furthermore, after revisiting this scene, I have considered the rule of anti caption more and moved all the keyframes before Blake positions himself to throw the ball (figure b).

Moreover,a series of facial expressions have been applied to Blake in order to demonstrate hs concentration in which direction he will throw the ball.
